Dr. Julio Volcy is an evangelical pastor and active civil society leader. Since 1997 he has founded and led several Faith-based and secular nongovernmental organizations, including churches and social businesses. Since his return in 2010, he has been involved in the country's political life as an active civil society faith-based leader seeking solutions to the complex challenges Haiti faces.
